I created Fit Responder to help first responders take back control of their fitness, confidence, and health. I know exactly what it’s like to work long shifts, live off fast food, and feel like you’re running on fumes — because I’ve been there.
Before starting Fit Responder, I was in law enforcement and out of shape. I was tired, overweight, and knew something had to change. Through fitness and nutrition, I completely turned my life around — dropping over 100 pounds and building habits that helped me perform better on and off duty.
Now, I’ve made it my mission to help police, fire, EMS, and corrections professionals do the same. My goal is simple: to help first responders look, feel, and perform like the heroes they already are.
